The area weather pattern has definitely been unsettled for over a week now, but for the most part there haven’t been any severe weather chances. That’s changing now.
Tuesday has a marginal risk of severe weather from late afternoon into the overnight hours. Hail and wind are the main issues expected.
The risk increases to slight Wednesday night and enhanced for Thursday. All hazards are possible for these time periods, but the main concerns will be hail, high wind and heavy rainfall.
While our soggy forecast loses the severe weather risk levels by Friday, the rain doesn’t leave until after Memorial Day. We’ll keep you updated on KVOE, KVOE.com and KVOE social media.
