Tampa Bay walked off with a 2-1 win over the Kansas City Royals in 10 innings Wednesday night.
Tampa Bay scored first in the 4th inning. The Royals tied the game in the 9th inning on an Andrew Benintendi home run. The Rays won it in the bottom of the 10th when Kevin Kiermaier scored with 1 out on a single.
The Royals and Rays wrap up their 3 game series Thursday afternoon. Brady Singer will make the start for the Royals with the first pitch set for 2:10p.
