Besides having a regular meeting Wednesday night, the USD 251 North Lyon County Board of Education is also searching for a lot of coaches at both Northern Heights and North Lyon County Junior High.
At Northern Heights, the list includes:

*Assistant Volleyball Coach
*Head Girls Basketball Coach
*Assistant Track Coach
*Head Softball Coach
*Assistant Softball Coach
At North Lyon County, the list includes:
*Head Girls Basketball Coach
*Assistant Girls Basketball Coach
*Assistant Boys Basketball Coach
The coaching positions are not officially on Wednesday night’s board meeting agenda. That list of discussion and action items includes approving the republished general fund budget for the current academic year, approving a classified salary schedule, discussing an updated COVID-19 return to school plan and discussing the district’s ongoing push to start a preschool.
The meeting is at 7 pm at the board meeting room in Americus.
