The USD 253 Emporia school board has a lot to address in its action meeting Wednesday night.
The board will get the latest COVID-19 response update from Superintendent Allison Anderson-Harder. The board will also take another look at the fiscal 2022 budget, with discussions about fees and meal prices also taking place.
In addition, board members will discuss recruitment and retention efforts.
In the consent agenda, where several items can be handled with one vote, the board may formally accept the resignation of Emporia Middle School Assistant Principal Jacob Linnell while selecting Aaron Clark as the middle school’s head football coach.
The meeting starts at 7 pm and will be available on the district’s website, www.usd253.org.
