Here shortly, West 12th should reopen between C of E Drive and Lincoln Street.
The street has been closed since a water main break June 16, causing heavy subgrade damage to the street as well as curb and gutter on the south edge of the street.
Crews paved most of that stretch through Tuesday, deciding to let the pavement cool before reopening the street. Not all the street will be available. There is a small strip affecting eastbound traffic that sits in front of the damaged curb and gutter section. That area will be paved later. The curb and gutter may not be replaced until sometime next week.
