The Cincinnati Reds rallied for a 5-2 win over the Kansas City Royals Wednesday.
The Royals scored 2 runs in the 4th inning on a Jorge Soler ground out and Michael Taylor single to take the early lead.
The Reds scored 3 runs in the 7th before a rain delay and added single runs in the 8th and 9th innings.
The Royals head to Cleveland for a 4 game weekend series beginning Thursday night before the All-Star Break.

Royals Catcher Salvador Perez will go up against defending Home Run Derby Champion Pete Alonso in the first round. He could face, Shohei Ohtani or Juan Soto in the semi-finals.
