The Cleveland Indians walked off with a 7-4 win over the Kansas City Royals Thursday night, ending a 9 game losing skid for Cleveland.
Franmil Reyes hit a 3 run home run with 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th for the win.
Carlos Santana hit a solo home run in the top of the 9th to tie the game at 4 for the Royals. That came after Cleveland scored 3 runs in the bottom of the 8th to take a 4-3 lead. The Royals scored a run in the 3rd inning and added 2 runs in the 4th inning on home runs by Carlos Santana and Hunter Dozier to give the Royals a 3-0 lead.
The Royals and Cleveland play again Friday night. Brad Keller will be the starting pitcher with the first pitch set for 6:10p. The game will be broadcast on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM.
