Shohei Ohtani will be the starting pitcher and be the leadoff batter as the starting DH.
Max Scherzer will be the starting pitcher for the National League.

In Monday nights Home Run Derby Pete Alonso of the New York Mets was a repeat winner. He hit 35 home runs in the first round against Salvador Perez who hit 28 home runs.
If he went up against anyone else in the 1st round Perez would have advanced to the semi-finals.
He became the fourth Royals player to be featured in the Derby, joining Bo Jackson, Danny Tartabull, and Mike Moustakas.
The Kansas City Royals selected 10 players on day two of the draft. Two were local players.
In the 2nd round, the Royals selected Right Handed pitcher Ben Kudrna out of Blue Valley Southwest High School.
In the 3rd round, they selected Carter Jensen, a catcher out of Park Hill High School.
