4 Emporia Golfers will be playing in the 111th Kansas Amateur Match Play tournament beginning Tuesday at Crestview Country Club in Wichita.
Gentry Scheve is playing in the tournament for the 2nd year in a row. He says advancing to match play is the first goal.
Caleb Schmid has also qualified for the tournament.
Caden Massey is making his first Kansas Amateur Match play tournament appearance.
Brooks Sauder is also playing in the tournament for the 1st time.
The first two days will be stroke play with the top 64 golfers advancing to match play.
