The Salvation Army of Emporia has its latest food commodity distribution effort Wednesday.
Government food boxes will be available outside the Salvation Army Annex, 209 West Fourth, from 1:30 to 3:30 pm or until all the boxes are claimed.
Vehicles will need to line up on Fourth Avenue facing east. People in vehicles will need to stay in those vehicles and boxes will not be taken across Fourth.
A family name and number of people in the household will be required. Maximum monthly income levels per household are online at KVOE.com.
