The Kansas City Royals rallied for a 5-2 win over the Milwaukee Brewers 5-2 Tuesday.
Ryan O’Hearns, pinch-hit, 2 run home run in the 7th inning broke a 2-2 tie.
Jorge Soler tied the game at 2 with a solo home run in the 4th inning.
The Royals scored the games first run when Whit Merrifield scored on an Andrew Benintendi sacrifice fly.
Salvador Perez gave the Royals an insurance run in the 8th inning, scoring on a Michael A. Taylor sacrifice fly.
Mike Minor was the winning pitcher. Greg Holland earned the save.
The Royals and Brewers play again Wednesday afternoon. Brad Keller will be the starting pitcher with the first pitch at 1:10 pm. The game will be broadcast on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM.
