The Kansas City Royals have Thursday off after a quick two-game sweep in Milwaukee. In the meantime, the club has signed more of its 2021 class of draftees.
On Wednesday, the Royals signed third-round pick Carter Jensen, a catcher from Park Hill High School in Missouri; Central Arizona infielder Dayton Dooney, a sixth-round pick; and high school shortstop Brennon McNair, an 11th-round selection.
The Royals signed three other picks Monday and 11 Sunday. Top pick Frank Mozzicato, a high school pitcher out of Connecticut, signed with the Royals on Saturday.
The Royals begin a three-game series at home against Detroit on Friday.
