Hot weather is with us through at least the upcoming weekend, and possibly quite a big longer.
Air temperatures are expected in the 90s through at least Thursday, and there is currently a heat advisory in effect for Wabaunsee County from 12-8 pm Saturday. Saturday’s highs could be in the mid-90s with heat index readings approaching 105.
Sunday’s high temperatures will also be in the mid-90s with a chance of afternoon and overnight storm activity. Monday has a slightly better chance of storms and highs in the low 90s. but temperatures could increase to the upper 90s as soon as Wednesday.
