The Council Grove Police Department is announcing an arrest after an incident in the city earlier this month.
On July 17, Council Grove officers responded to a reported burglary at 421 Hays. Later, officers arrested Harley Truan of Council Grove on suspicion of aggravated burglary and aggravated battery.
Word on formal charges is pending.
