Updates and reviews will take place during the USD 253 Emporia Board of Education meeting Wednesday night.
Board members will field the latest update on the district’s COVID-19 response from Superintendent Allison Anderson-Harder as well as a Building for the Future construction update from McCownGordon.
On the review side, the board will look at the upcoming budget and could possibly approve it for publication purposes before the meeting is done.
Several memorandums of agreement or understanding are also on the agenda, including one to continue the concurrent enrollment partnership with Emporia State University, separate items for partnerships with the Emporia Golf Course and Emporia Country Club and one for the expanded RecXtra program.
The meeting starts at 7 pm at Mary Herbert.
