Emporia city commissioners have an earlier start time than normal for their study meeting Wednesday.
Commissioners will start at 9 am with four main discussion points on the agenda: a mid-year health insurance update, agency funding requests from the Convention and Visitors Advisory Board, city appropriation request forms and a continued budget discussion.
The meeting is in the Municipal Court Room.
