The Emporia State football team held their 4th practice Saturday.
Coach Garin Higgins said the grind may be setting in a little.
The Hornets have completed their acclimation time and will practice in full pads for the first time today.
The Hornets are still 3 weeks away from kicking off the season when they play at Northeastern State on September 4th.
