The Kansas City Chiefs outscored the San Francisco 49ers 19-16 to win their first preseason game Saturday.
The Chiefs scored 1st on a 5-yard touchdown pass from Chad Henne to Byron Pringle.
Harrison Butker kicked 2 field goals.
Shane Buechele would score the game-winning touchdown with 1:19 to play in the game.
Patrick Mahomes played only the first series. He completed one pass in a 4 play series.
The Chiefs play their second preseason at Arizona this coming Friday.
