Roads closed by flooding in Lyon County on Friday could well open Monday or Tuesday.
The current list of closures is as follows:
*Road 140 from H to Kansas Highway 99
*Road 145 from G to H
*Road 150 from N to S
*Road 200 from L to L-5
*Road H from 140 to 145
*Road J from 130 to 160
*Road K from 130 to 150
*Road R from 150 to 160
*Road P from 140 to 160
The closures followed anywhere from 2-7 inches of rainfall across the county early Friday morning. However, there has been no measurable rainfall since then. Creeks overflowed, but rivers did not go out of their banks despite the rainfall totals.
