Olpe residents may have awoken to a bit of a surprise Saturday morning, but City Clerk Joyce Wilson says the situation was always under control.
Residents got their Saturdays started with low water pressure, but Wilson says there was a reason for that. The city’s water tank developed a small leak that couldn’t be fixed under normal pressure, so a crew worked in the early-morning hours to handle the leak.
Repairs were completed in under two hours. There is no word on how the leak developed.
