Emporia Police are investigating after an alleged law enforcement pursuit in downtown Emporia shortly after noon Tuesday.
Police Capt. Ray Mattas says there was a short chase and foot pursuit that ended in one arrest. The suspect’s name has not been released and information on how the incident transpired is currently being researched.
