A lot is on the agenda for Lyon County commissioners when they have their action meeting Thursday.
Commissioners will have several matters related to the 2022 budget, including a revenue-neutral public hearing at 10 am, an official vote on exceeding the revenue-neutral rate at 10:15 am, the formal budget hearing at 10:30 am and the vote on the 2022 budget at 10:45 am.
Earlier in the meeting, commissioners could give formal approval to a Community Development Block Grant helping A-1 Pump and Jet’s planned expansion and move.
Before the meeting ends, commissioners could approve the creation of a new addiction recovery mentor position for Lyon County’s Community Corrections Department. Three executive sessions are also planned.
The meeting starts at 9 am in the County Courthouse.
