Emporia State University is kicking off its brand new event series for students and the general public this weekend.
ESU will be hosting an evening of live music on campus Friday night featuring the Lucas Parker Band and Travis Marvin. Friday’s activities is part of ESU’s new Friday Nights series of events where the college will have free entertainment for students and the general public throughout the fall semester.
ESU Director of Admissions Lydia Barnhart explains how they came up with the idea for the Friday Nights series.
This Friday’s activities will take place at Kellog Circle and will kickoff at 7 pm with a live DJ followed by the Lucas Parker Band at 8 pm and Travis Marvin at 9 pm. The event is open to all students and the general public and all students with a valid ID will receive a free Friday Nights t-shirt.
