An Emporia man accused of sexual misconduct with a teenager has a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
Wyatt Bennett, 23, is charged with four counts of aggravated indecent liberties, two of indecent liberties and two of criminal sodomy.
The legal complaint released by Lyon County District Court to KVOE News indicates Bennett had sex with a 15-year-old teenager and illegally touched the teen between November 2019 and November 2020. The affidavit, or event narrative, is sealed.
Bennett’s preliminary hearing is at 9:30 am in Lyon County District Court.
