A preliminary hearing is tentatively set for Wednesday morning for an Emporia man accused of rape.
Brice Obermeyer, 46, is set for a hearing at 9:30 am in Lyon County District Court.
Obermeyer is charged with rape, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated burglary, lewd and lascivious conduct, criminal restraint and stalking after alleged activity with a person in their early 50s. The affidavit in the case is sealed.
