“Art With a Promise” is underway to benefit Family Promise of the Flint Hills.
The online auction involves artwork from nearly 20 local and area artists and comes as Family Promise has started lining up families for assistance after years of planning. Director Jessica Corpening says the group can help in several different ways, depending on the need.
The original plan was also to have a wine-tasting event open to the public, but Family Promise decided against that — for now — due to COVID-19.
Residents can go online to www.fpfh.betterworld.org/auctions/art-promise to browse and bid on the artwork. The “Art With a Promise” art auction continues online until 11:59 pm Friday.
