Summer transitions to fall soon, and the splash pad at Peter Pan Park will go dormant before the change in seasons.
Sunday will be the last day for the splash pad to operate for this year. Hours will be from 10 am to 8 pm Thursday through Sunday before the season ends.
The splash pad was built in 2019 and is a popular spot for children and families as a whole. The start of last year’s season was delayed due to COVID-19. There was no such delay in the schedule earlier this year.
Fall 2021 begins Wednesday.
