Emporia States Jenna Ramsey has been named the MIAA womens cross country runner of the week. Jenna finished in 7th place at the Missouri Southern Stampede finishing with a personal best time. She was also the top MIAA runner at the Stampede.
The Emporia State cross country teams host a meet Friday in Jones Park.
