A man accused in Lyon County District Court of sexually exploiting a child has a pretrial and arraignment hearing this week.
Wyatt Bennett will be in court at 2 pm Tuesday. Potential trial dates could be set during that hearing.
Bennett, 23, is charged with four counts of aggravated indecent liberties, two of indecent liberties and two of criminal sodomy. The legal complaint released by Lyon County District Court to KVOE News indicates Bennett had sex with a 15-year-old teenager and illegally touched the teen between November 2019 and November 2020. The affidavit, or event narrative, is sealed.
