Emporia High had its fall drug search underway Tuesday.
Emporia High administrators and the school’s security team cooperated with the Kansas Highway Patrol. Word on arrests or seizures is pending, but the district says it will not release that information because of student discipline policy.
The district’s community relations team says the searches are done “to protect the safety and security of our schools for all students and staff.”
