Olpe Downhome is holding a Fall Festival this weekend.
Activities take place all day Saturday, and City Clerk Joyce Wilson says it will resemble the summer version of the town’s annual festival.
Activities will be centered around Olpe Jones Park or Olpe Jones Lake, starting with a 5-K run/walk at 7:30 am and continuing through bingo and a prize drawing for a processed quarter-beef in the evening. In between, there will be archery, kickball, craft and vendor booths, cornhole, a cakewalk, concessions and “vintage” family games. All proceeds help to build a splash pad at Olpe Jones Park.
