The Royals finish the season with a 74-88 record and in 4th place in the AL Central.
Salvador Perez finished with 48 home runs tied with Vladimir Guerrero for the major league lead and 121 RBI to lead the majors.
Nicky Lopez finished the season with a .300 batting average.
The American League Wildcard game will be played Tuesday with Boston hosting the New York Yankees.
The National League Wildcard game will be played Wednesday with Los Angeles Dodgers hosting the St. Louis Cardinals.
