The structure serving as the home of Coach’s Grill and Bar will be coming down.
Flinthills Mall General Manager Clarence Frye tells KVOE News a “phased demolition” will start by Oct. 14.
Frye says an insurance investigation on behalf of business co-owner Brett Kessler has completed, although a similar investigation for the mall continues.
Fire caused near-total damage to the inside of the building Aug. 14. The cause was officially listed as undetermined. The building, owned by Flinthills Mall, had served as several restaurants since it was constructed in 1971.
