Jazz lovers, the Emporia Granada Theatre is the place to be Saturday night.
Emporia native Jack Mouse and his wife, Janice Borla, will perform alongside a band of world-renowned musicians. They say the concert will offer a wide range of jazz for listeners to enjoy.
Performing alongside Mouse and Borla are:
*Saxophonist Blue Lou Marini, with experience ranging from the Blues Brothers to Saturday Night Live to a stint with Blood, Sweat and Tears
*Trumpeters Art Davis, who has performed with Ray Charles and Frank Sinatra, and Mike Steinel, a long-time Emporian whose dad, Conrad Steinel, was a band director at Emporia High
*Guitarist Fareed Haque, who has performed with Sting and Billy Cobham
*Bassist Larry Gray, who has performed alongside Ramsey Lewis and Jack DeJohnette
