The Chiefs scored 21 unanswered points in the 2nd half after trailing 13-10 at halftime.
Running back Darrel Williams scored 2 rushing touchdowns in the win.
Patrick Mahomes threw touchdown passes to Tyreek Hill and Demarcus Robinson in the 2nd half.
With the win, the Chiefs are now 3-3 for the season. They play at Tennessee this coming Sunday.
