The Emporia High Volleyball team will play their final two matches before sub-state Tuesday night. They will play Hutchinson and Maize at Hutchinson. The Lady Spartans are coming off a win over Bishop Carroll this past weekend. Senior Hattie Cooper says that win gave them a big confidence boost.
The Emporia High volleyball team will be hosting a Sub-State tournament Saturday.
The Lady Spartans are the number 1 seed in the west region.
They will play the winner of the play-in game between Salina Central and Goddard.
The other semi-final has Andover playing Hays.
All matches will be played at Emporia High School with the first match beginning at 1 pm.
