The Emporia High volleyball team has earned a trip to the 5A State tournament.
The Lady Spartans defeated Andover in 2 sets, 25-20, 25-23, in the sub-state championship match.
Emporia High defeated Salina Central 25-9 and 25-11 in the semi-finals.
The 5A State volleyball tournament will be played in Salina this coming Friday and Saturday.
Lebo will be playing in the 1A Division II State tournament in Emporia.
Lebo defeated Southern Coffey County 25-11, 25-15 in the sub-state championship match.
Burlingame will be playing in the 1A Division I State tournament in Dodge City.
Burlingame defeated St. Paul 25-12, 25-11 in the sub-state championship match.
