Halloween is next weekend, but Emporia State University is getting a jump on activities for local children.
On Monday, the ESU Student-Athlete Advisory Committee will have a trunk or Treat event from 6-7:30 pm in the ESU Recreation Center parking lot. Admission is free and costumes are encouraged.
On Thursday, ESU Residential Life will have a Park and Treat event near the Towers Residence Hall complex. Families are asked to park in the Towers Hall Complex parking lot off 16th between Highland and Market and then go to Wilson Park for the free event. Times are 5:30-6:30 pm.
