The State High School Volleyball tournaments will be played beginning Friday.
Emporia High will be playing in the 5A Tournament in Salina.

Emporia High will play their first match at 8:30 am against Spring Hill. They will play St. Thomas Aquinas at 11:30 am and Topeka Seaman at 12:30 pm in pool play. The top 2 teams advance to the semi-finals on Saturday.
Lebo is the number 1 seed at the 1A Division II tournament to be played at Emporia’s White Auditorium.
They will play Bucklin at 11 am, Hutchinson Central Christian at 1 pm, and Grainfield-Wheatland-Grinnell at 3 pm.
Burlingame will be playing at the 1A Division I State Tournament in Dodge City. They open against Little River at 9:30 am, play Centralia at 10:30 am, and Spearville at 12:30 pm.
