The Emporia State volleyball team closed out their season with a 4 set win over Missouri Western. The Lady Hornets won 28-26, 15-25, 25-20, 25-23.
Coach Bing Xu said they closed out the season the right way.
Leah Mach led the Lady Hornet offense with 16 kills. Shelby Ebert and Orianna Clements both finished with 14 kills.
It was also the final match for Mikayla Simons and Rylie Fornelli, they were honored on senior day.
