Tyreek Hill caught two touchdown passes.
Noah Gray caught his first career touchdown pass.
Darrel Williams caught a touchdown pass and finished the game with 119 receiving yards and 43 rushing yards.
Byron Pringle was also on the receiving end of a touchdown pass.
With the win, the Chiefs improve to 6-4. They will host the Dallas Cowboys next Sunday.
