Trial dates could be set Monday morning for a man accused of rape in an Emporia case from June.
Jordan Dorsey, age 26, has a pretrial and arraignment hearing at 8:30 am. This is typically the hearing where potential trial dates are announced.
Dorsey is accused of 11 total counts in the case after a set of incidents that allegedly happened June 15. He’s facing three counts of rape as well as single counts of aggravated criminal sodomy, aggravated kidnapping, kidnapping, aggravated battery, theft, criminal threat and criminal trespass.
