Emporia Public Works crews are in the early stages of repairing a water main break in south central Emporia.
A break in the 300 block of South Union was reported around 7 am, according to Lyon County Emergency Communications. Additional details are currently pending.
Drivers are asked to avoid that block as the repair process continues.
