The Season is not over for the Emporia State football team they have accepted an invitation to play in the Farmers Bank and Trust Live United Bowl in Texarkana, Arkansas.
Coach Garin Higgins says it’s an honor.
The Hornets finished the regular season with a 6-5 record and in 5th place in the MIAA. They will play Southeastern Oklahoma State, who finished with an 8-3 record that included wins over nationally-ranked Harding and Ouachita Baptist.
The game will be played on December 4th at Arkansas High School in Texarkana, Arkansas with kickoff set for noon.
