(k-state) Kansas State led from start to finish in a 79-64 win over Nebraska Omaha last night.
Coach Bruce Weber said they took several positive steps.
The Wildcats had four double-digit scorers with 15 points each from Ish Massoud and Nijel Pack and 11 for both Mark Smith and Markquis Nowell.
K-State returns to action on Monday night, as the Wildcats play Arkansas in the Hall of Fame Classic at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City.
