Kansas trailed by 7 early in the game and did not take the lead for good until the final 5 minutes of the first half.
Ochai Agbaji led the offense with a game-high 25 points. David McCormack added 12 points, Christian Braun and Zach Clemence both finished with 11 points.
The Jayhawks with the win improve to 3-0. They are off until Thanksgiving Day when they play North Texas in the ESPN Events Invitational in Orlando, Florida.
