It was not a close game for the Emporia State women’s basketball team Saturday. #2 ranked Drury rolled to a 96-68 win over the Lady Hornets. Drury took control of the game after a 13-0 run turned a 2 point deficit into an 11 point lead.
Emporia State Coach Toby Wynn said Drury was the more aggressive team.
Ehlaina Hartman led Emporia State in scoring with 18 points, Tre’Zure Jobe finished with 11 points.
The Lady Hornets are now 3-1 for the season. They will host Bethel Wednesday afternoon.
