Jalon Daniels threw for a career-high 255 yards and Kwamie Lassiter II caught eight passes for 101 yards but it was not enough.
Jalon Daniels threw two touchdown passes and scored a rushing touchdown. Devin Neal also scored a rushing touchdown.
The Jayhawks will wrap up their season next Saturday hosting West Virginia.
