Kansas States rally came up short in a 72-64 loss to 13th ranked Arkansas Monday night in the Hall of Fame Classic in Kansas City.
The Wildcats trailed by as many as 18 points in both the first and second half. They would cut the deficit to 6 with under a minute to play. Arkansas made 6 of 8 free throws to seal the win.
Kansas State Coach Bruce Weber said Arkansas came out and attacked them.
Selton Miguel and Nijel Pack led Kansas State with 14 points each. Markquis Nowell added 10 points.

Cincinnati defeated Illinois 71-51 in the other Hall of Fame Classic Semifinal.
