Court proceedings are set to continue this week for an Emporia man accused of attempted murder.
Ronald W Schemm has a pretrial hearing at 2 pm. He’s already set for trial potentially starting March 14 or March 21, depending on future court proceedings.
Schemm is accused of attempted murder with an alternate count of aggravated assault as well as a separate but related aggravated assault charge. He is accused of trying to kill a woman as well as threatening two men with a gun in mid-August after a reported domestic violence situation in the 900 block of Waverly Way in mid-August.
